I'm looking for Playstation and Snes. There are some old RPGs I'd like to play on my PC.

I don't know how well a Playstation emulator would run (doesn't run well at all for me, but I also have a really shitty computer), but for SNES I recommend ZSNES. It runs fabulously for me, so if your computer is even slightly better than mine, it should run great for you.

ZSNES is a great emulator for crap machines as it's not been updated in 10 years and focuses on speed over accuracy -- which is a double edged sword, as many games don't behave right. I'd recommend it to someone with an ancient PC but for everyone else I'm gonna say SNES9X.
