Cruel Intentions has a fantastic soundtrack. Really eclectic and cool.

The Twilight: New Moon ST is a go-to for me, and is, IMO, the best thing about that movie by far. The first Twilight ST is also not bad, though not as good as the New Moon one, IMO.

The Garden State ST is pretty good (even though it probably makes me some kind of hipster cliche to admit that).

Oh, and we're probably not counting TV shows, but if we are, I really like the official Buffy the Vampire Slayer ST. It's been an age since I was into the show, but I still listen to some of those songs all the time.
