Okay, but Tony knows full well that Bucky didn't do it of his own volition. In fact he was understanding of that until he himself was directly affected by it. I'm sorry, but even if I watched Bucky butcher my own parents, I still wouldn't try to murder the guy because I'd know he was brainwashed into doing it. I'd blame the people who made Bucky do it, not Bucky himself.

Oh, get of your high horse. You have no idea how you would actually react in such an emotional situation. You'd probably find yourself seeing red and doing things you wouldn't do while more rational.

After he had some distance from the situation Tony refrained from going after Steve and/or Bucky so apparently he is capable of understanding the situation just fine when he's not in the heat of the moment.

Sorry anon, not all of us are hypocritical assholes. There's lashing out and then there's doing what Tony did, which was over the top and excessive, especially against someone he knows had literally no say in the matter. Someone who was even trying to run away and not engage in a fight. What Tony did was downright bullying.

everyone is a hypocrticial asshole at some point or another

(Anonymous) 2016-05-28 09:11 am (UTC)(link)
Well, gee, I guess that just excuses everything Tony did then.

(Anonymous) 2016-05-28 12:27 pm (UTC)(link)
It still doesn't excuse Tony for attempted murder in the heat of that moment.

More like TEMPORARY INSANITY due to watching the very EXPLICIT FOOTAGE OF THE BRUTAL MURDER OF HIS PARENTS. Get off your holier-than-thou high horse.
