I think it's more that people tend to ignore that Steve also has PTSD and also has emotional issues, because in the eyes of a lot of fans, only Tony's issues matter.

Yeah, Tony has issues and they're important, but he's not the only one who has issues, and he has a lot more resources available to him for actually dealing with them than most of the planet.

I do get where it's coming from. Still rubs me the wrong way.

All of the characters are fucked in some way yet that gets pushed to the side in favour of 'Tony is the worst off and no one else has it as hard as him' and it gets aggravating after a while.

For what it's worth... for some of us, it's not a competition, and it's possible to have sympathy for all of them.

Maybe try telling that to Stark fans?

There are multiple people in the comment section. None of whom are explicitly sucking Cap or Bucky dick, but merely expressing dislike for Tony. Lady-Dragoon even said she doesn't like Tony.

There's a reason the first anon mentioned Stark fans being guilty of shoving every other character's angst aside in favor of making Tony's look worse. It's a common thing they've been doing since 2012.
