As a survivor, I think it's fucking annoying when survivors keep bringing their abuse history up all the time in any situation, no matter if it's relevant or not. It's like they have this list where they go "Have I mentioned my rape/abuse at least 20 times today? Yes? Well better add another 10 times for good measure".

God yes. Few things are worse than a professional victim who milks their trauma for everything it's worth. It just makes other victims want to clam up, when that's the opposite of what should be happening.
