Send her a "We've drifted apart and I'm not interested in continuing this friendship" break up e-mail, then block her. And be sure that you're really, truly ignoring her ALWAYS. Don't ignore her for a little bit, then respond eventually. I saw it in the GC yesterday but someone made a really good point about drawing boundaries. If she texts you 100 times and you don't respond until the 101th text, all you're teaching her is that she needs to text you 101 times to get what she wants.

Feel free to borrow phrases like "I just feel like this friendship has run its course". Acknowledge that you realize she doesn't feel the same way, but that you cannot reciprocate those feelings of friendship, then wish her the best, etc.
