Gonna be honest, this persons' chest reminds me of when my MtF girlfriend was around month 2 on HRT and started growing breast buds.

Those would be rather prominent nipples on a man. And that's a lot of reounded pectoral/mammary formation for a thin man. Between the general thinness, the low body hair, the rounded breasts, and the thick, moderately large nipples, I'm going with female. Young, thin woman, but yeah.
