If Jojo isn't for you, the it isn't and that's fine.

But... the fight scenes are dragged out? Really? Compared to most shounen (specially classic ones like Jojo is) most of the fights are blessing short and to the point.
They could be shorter without the usual exposition (though I think the exposition are part of the charm) but they aren't dragged out.
