It was just... the ultimate epitome of a lifeless, joyless, depressing cash grab. I felt bad for the actors; they couldn't even fake having fun and instead went through the whole thing looking vaguely like they were repressing suicidal thoughts.

At least the Minions movie was animated decently so we didn't have to actually watch the people involved losing their souls.
