1. I have no idea what exactly triggered it, but the first person I ever fell in love with was almost a love at first sight type of thing. ...At least to the point where I instantly knew I wanted to be around this person for the rest of my life. A mutual friend had casually mentioned them so I knew of their existence, but I was just floored the instant I saw her even though it was nothing but her walking past me in a hallway.

2. Yes. To extrapolate, I got to know her and now I only feel more strongly that that first impression was the right one. I've met a lot of other people since then, and I've had a few more crushes and little infatuations along the way, but I now absolutely believe that there's no one out there other than her "for" me, if that makes sense. I have never met another person with whom I experienced that sort of all-consuming, powerful sense of rightness.

3. I'm not, and I can't imagine I ever will be.
