Thanks. It's why I've adopted a one-strike policy of "never forget, never forgive." Once someone has intentionally wronged me, I cut them off immediately and never let them back into my life. It's harsh, but it's the only way I feel safe anymore, because forgiveness of even small intentional wrongdoing has only lead to more and worse abuse.
