I hate when that happens in fandoms, where the canon is like "SO MUCH SUBTEXT THAT IT SHOULD BE CALLED SUPERTEXT MWHAHAHA" and then there's NO FREAKING FANDOM, or NOBODY ELSE SEES IT.

That same thing happened to me with Clerks. Randal and Dante were SO FREAKING OBVIOUS and hardly anything comes out of it. :/

Or there's when the fandom is only mildly active and then dries up like right away and we're left stuck with inactive comms. Boo!

Hey, I tried looking for Randal/Dante stuff too! A loooong time ago. And also Boondock Saints... haha. I always manage to find these kind of fandoms.

Yeah, I know - like National Treasure? It was popular for about a week or so after each movie, and then NOTHING. D:

Boondock Saints, too! You'd think that fandom would be so much bigger, because it's such a cult classic and twincest is supposedly so popular, but alas. :/

I've never seen National Treasure, but I've seen that happen so often in like EVERY movie fandom. Like with Jurassic Park 3... and godddd I'm a nerd. hahah.

I found a couple of really good fics for BDS, but that was waaay back in '03 and then NOTHING. Fandom falls, everyone dies. I could totally start a support group for this sorta thing. haha.

I know, most movies are pretty well doomed, and it sucks, because they always tend to have a ton of potential and you're stuck wondering what everyone's problem is. Jurassic Park 3 should have a much bigger fandom, considering it's one of three movies - series should be bigger deals in fandom! WTF?

I know, I found a handful of great ones, and I even tried (unsucessfully) to write a couple, but I'm so shocked the fandom died. It seems like everyone likes that movie, why don't more people write for it?
