The judge is a supporter of La Raza, which is about as racist as the KKK. Their goal is to retake the American southwest for Mexico by sheer numbers.

do you have a source for this that isn't a well-known conservative rag

A) Daily Caller is a bad source, and even then the article you linked doesn't speak to your claims about the idea that La Raza is "as racist as the KKK"

B) La Raza is not as racist as the KKK, and describing their goal in that way is inaccurate. I mean, first of all, I'm pretty sure you're conflating NCLR and Raza Unida, and second, even if you weren't, comparing the radical wing of 60s and 70s Latino organizing to the KKK is just not correct when you take into account the context of the times, and third of all, even in that context, the idea of "retaking the Southwest" is like... the fringest of the fringe. Using it as a blanket characterization for the entirety of the movement is just wrong.

Apologist. La Raza is what it is. An explanation of their beliefs doesn't have to be in every article about them.

It does if you're using it as a source. Otherwise it's meaningless.
