I get that. However, there's also a pervasive idea "out there" that PoC didn't exist in places they absolutely did.

Also, there's the fact that a game can truthfully represent a person's country, nationality, and culture AND include PoC, because what does the existence of PoC actually hurt? Why would it destroy OP's fragile grasp on their culture if there was, say, a Moorish analogue, or a trader from Generic Medieval Europe's version of Generic Medieval Asia? All I've heard for the past five years is how amazing CDPR is at storytelling and world building- why would anyone who loves the games doubt their ability to integrate someone besides a Generic European into their games without sacrificing the integrity of the setting?

But by that same token, why should they HAVE to include PoC? I don't think anyone would be arguing that a game set in, say, Africa or Asia should have to include white people just because there are some white people who live in those places.
