Oh, oh, mangina is also a pretty bad one. I've mostly heard cuck as 'beta cuck,' and I hate that too. (All alpha/beta language can just go shove a giant Saguaro up its ass.)

'Purple poodle' can stay though. I honestly got called that by an MRA who expected me to be upset by it, and it was the second most funny thing that's ever happened in my interactions with MRAs.
