I've never seen Lupin (I keep meaning to, darn it) but I feel the same way whenever a character gets yelled at because of something another character did

I've never watched this show, but just looking at this character reminds me a LOT of Dick Gumshoe. (He also gets yelled at a lot for things that aren't his fault.)

Came here to mention Gumshoe. I'm not a huge fan of the character, but ugh, give the poor guy a break!

If I remember right, he gets to team up with Lupin III in the Castle of Cagliostro! :D So he gets to win the day! :D

While I love Lupin and co. shenanigans, Zenigata is my favorite character. I'm just happy when he shows up, even if it's just to have the leads runs circles around him.
