I accidentally on purpose did this on Sims 3. I wanted to see if a pregnancy had glitched so I watched a sims week on fast-forward. It was mostly boring, as my sims had high autonomy and took reasonable care of themselves. (Some choices were odd, like one sim choosing to eat honey over actual food, presumably for the effects, and choosing to get energy back via the rocking chair instead of sleeping, but it wasn't very exciting.)
