Doesn't it say in the secret? Daydreaming rather than living your life is a good way to miss out on living. I know from firsthand experience.

Depends on when you are daydreaming?? I daydream on the treadmill, while a passenger in a car, as I go to sleep, while doing repetitive work tasks.

That's a good approach. But according to the secret itself, it doesn't sound like OP is managing their balance of fandom/real life as well as you are.
