Funny thing. When the child becomes an adult, they can decide on their own. as opposed to the inability to bring back mutilated body parts.

actually, no, that is a pretty objective thing

you don't physically do anything (except in some intersex cases, which are a small minority) in terms of gender assignment, so if a person identifies another way, they can change it. you cannot put back something that's been cut away and doesn't regrow, you just objectively cannot. if people claim they are comparable, they are wrong.
