I kinda feel you, OP. I used to read a bunch when I was younger because real life was so boring. Then my library closed for a year and I had to find new ways to relieve my boredom. I started bicycling more. I joined a theater group. I started writing my own stories. I just did ordinary things and pretended they were magical (like pretending I was flying to new worlds when I was just peddling around my neighborhood).
