Do action movie billboards always depict one character physically attacking another? That actually seems kind of unusual - it seems like the more normal thing to see is all the characters just posing, or at most facing off. And if it's a departure from the norm I think you have to ask why that was.

Of course, given that you already characterized it as a tantrum, I doubt you're really open to any conversation that's not about how anyone who objects to anything is a stupid idiot babby, but hey

Batman vs Superman had billboards with the title characters in some kind of action fight scene against each other.

Billboards usually use some of the iconic images from the trailers. Mystique getting choked out in the trailers are pretty iconic (also, Jennifer Lawrence is a big name and doesn't have a super cool looking power).

Basically. I think it's a really weird choice. Who wants to watch a movie where you advertise your heroes lose? I know superhero movies have a copy and paste formula and they'll still stand tall at the end of the day, but it's an odd choice.
