Heaven forbid we recognize that oppression and police brutality happen to anyone else, or even to black people for reasons unrelated to race.

It started because of uprisings in Mexico that people were ignoring because Ferguson and if you tried to bring it up you were considered racist because somehow addressing nationwide unrest isn't as important as a relatively small suburb of a single city.
