Really? Cuz also Alaska, Vermont, Arkansas, Kansas, Idaho, Mississippi, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Are they? I thought they were open carry but not concealed carry, but I could be wrong.

No, a bunch more states allow open carry. For a long while it was just Vermont and Alaska that allowed the so-called constitutional carry, but recently some other states have jumped on the bandwagon. Not all of their laws are very expansive though; some are just for residents and Arkansas' seems to be in dispute.

I just Googled Kansas' laws, because I could've sworn my boss had to go to class for concealed carry. Apparently you don't need the permit for concealed carry as of 2015.

So the other states are probably legit as well.
