Actually, I work in a library, and while I've never seen anything like this, I could see an "adults in the YA section" ban happening if adults being inappropriate was a recurrent problem. But it would have to be different adults, because an individual creeper would be banned. And possibly arrested. So now I'm wondering where OP lives that there's such a high proportion of child predators.
