Well, in that case you might try writing him a signed letter about his behaviour to see if it solves anything. ...It probably won't, but there's a chance that if you let him know that the yelling is negatively affecting your performance that it might make him change his tune.

Otherwise... yeah, the only option is to quit. Which sucks.
