Instead of standing 40 feet away from the book section and trying to order another human around from there to try and get a book for the kids.
...you ask them to grab a book for you. Perhaps even suggest a book to you.
And will they sit there for half an hour and read through the books to make sure they're appropriate and appealing for our story time? To my exact standards? I doubt it.
It's almost like there's a simpler way, as if I could go into the children's section and pick out books all on my own. Instead of making a librarian play personal shopper for me because they have an age-discriminating policy.
