And their global shipping program? I doubt it but if you do, how does Global Shipping Program Determine the destination?

I've read that when an item is sent to a GSP it is repackaged (or better packaged) and sent on to the destination.

How do they determine the destination of the repacked item? By using the old packing slip or by using the invoice inside the item/packaging? Or some other way?

there's a special sequence of digits, like an RMA code, that gets printed along with the address of the GPS location (somewhere in Kentucky, I don't remember now, could have changed). anyhow, with that code the center knows. plus, ebay probably sends them the info about the package when you buy the postage through them.

Is the special code on the shipping label that is stuck onto the shipping box?

like i said it'll appear around address of their shipping center

also - i really do think the center is informed; when you go to pay for the shipping, there's an electronic form you need to fill out stating in what country the item was made (unknown is an option if you don't know) plus weight and other details. this electronic form goes directly to the shipping center, I guess they attach it to the package.

yup, i'm looking at an old label - the code is printed right before the street address of the center, in erlanger ky
