You are one of my favorite people here, honestly.

I often find myself outside of f!s thinking about how weird it is that we sit on opposite sides of the political spectrum "officially", but our actual views line up really closely.

lol for my part I always feel weird around people who are liberal because I'm like ... man, I don't actually think the military is brainwashing everyone.

Many liberals I've met have no idea how the military works. I was sort of isolated from that faction of ignorance for a while because my hometown is a military base, but since moving away I've been stunned at people's misconceptions.

Moderates are okay. Thumbs up.

I don't understand the level of hate you get - even when I disagree with you. We may not agree on everything, but you are so even-keeled and also a generally very nice and supportive person and you strike me as being loyal which is a trait I've always admired. :)

Well, I have no qualms about messing with people, or cranking the conservative thing up to eleven.

If you post an opinion, any opinion, on the internet somebody will give you hate. After a while it just becomes background noise.

Calling me 'even keeled' might be one of the nicest things anyone's ever said to me. :)

Thank you so much! I was in Columbia this weekend on a date and thought about you! I didn't remember any of the places you mentioned, but I'm going to a networking/educational forum in Columbia tomorrow, and I'm crossing my fingers for another interview!

For date, I think Gervais and Vine is an awesome place. Wine and tapas.

I like Mellow Mushroom for pizza on Gervais.

It's been awhile since I've spent much time in Columbia but I flew through there back in April. I miss Zaxbys so much.

The date and I went to a burgers and shakes place on Gervais St. but I don't remember the name. The food was fantastic though. We'll probably be back in Columbia since it's equidistance from both of us.

I'll keep you updated on the job front! :D
