21. Unless "lawyercest" is some kind of absurd word-smush meaning "incest involving lawyers" then my linguistic side needs to go curl up in a corner and weep for an hour. "Cest" just means "pure", it has nothing at all to do with shipping.

60. I pretty much agree except for the bit about Lupin. I don't understand why everyone gets so upset about David Thewlis, I thought was fantastic even if (because?) he wasn't the willowy pretty boy most people were expecting.

I dunno, I never saw Lupin the way he was casted, the same for Sirius. Don't get me wrong, I ADORE Gary Oldman and David Thewlis (Dragonheart FTW), but I just don't think they fit the roles correctly.


I had a lot of problems with the casting in PoA until OOtP came out. Bellatrix and Umbridge were PERFECT, IMO.

That would be an... oddly specific word-smush.

I don't know what she means by it other than 'lawyers + other lawyers', I just put what she tends to call it. I could probably deal with 'Edgey' x 'Phoenix' or whatever, but the term lawyercest is primarily what reminds me of my dad, hence the secret.
