I really hate it, especially when I know that means people in fandom would probably look down on me as a person if they knew how I run my real life. And fandom's important. I get enough crap for not sticking to OTPs or other nonmonogamous relationships that aren't in line with how people think group relationships have to work (as if they've ever had one, haha!). God help me if I wrote characters having one night stands or actively cheating or something like that. I'd probably be eaten.
