19) Gah. I wish you'd just do what you wanted to do and not what is popular. Thing is -- there's umpteen billion versions of the "popular" pairing out there and you are just a drop in the bucket. But when you do rare (especially if you do it well) you shine. You can actually convert people to the pairings you like. Of course, I wouldn't advocate you do a pairing you wouldn't want to do, because that's taking fandom and turning it into a grind.

But seriously, someone's going to loathe you no matter what you do. Just remember that someone is a twit.

45) Ianto was the only one who seemed to actually consider having an orgy with Captain John, and he certainly seemed open to having a threesome with Gwen. Yeah I thought Ianto was being a bit of an ass snubbing Gwen at the wedding (he should have danced with her! It was her wedding), but I actually interpreted that as keeping Jack out of trouble in front of Rhys who doesn't take the whole polyamory thing so lightly, rather than jealousy. Ianto seems to be reasonably sensitive to that sort of faux pas, where Jack isn't.

And as for the emo wimpy thing -- well sure he cries like a girl if someone is raping his brain, but then who wouldn't. Seriously, you writers want him in tears, rape his brain. Otherwise he tends to go all stoic and stiff upper lipped.
