You gotta look inward at yourself, man. Some deep self-reflection. Some go out into the desert vision quest stuff. You gotta reclaim the positivity and love in your life and focus on that and channel it, and use it to keep in touch with your empathy for others. It's difficult because the world is a motherfucker but it's the only way.
