Keep in mind that Facebook has a weird algorithm where sometimes you don't see posts, especially if you don't post often. I've gone to friends' pages wondering where they went and realized I'd missed months of posts.


I do think longer posts get less attention, though, because a lot of people check from their phones or in short spurts anymore. So they may not have as much time to devote to your posts. However, I've seen a lot of longer posts get attention, too.

I think pictures also get prioritized in their algorithm which is weird and annoying too.
