Stay in your own lane and just donate to support those already on the ground who live in the area

"Stay in your own lane"

Hi, Tumblr user!

You could probably look up charities for elephant welfare on Charity Navigator.

Research elephant rescue and welfare groups, as well as groups that combat poaching in general, and donate to the reputable ones that are actually positioned to effect change. Typically this means donating to associations actually situated in nations that have problems with elephant hunting, not to supposedly-global groups.

If you're a student in an appropriate field, there may be internships, volunteer opportunities, or work-study opportunities at habitats that you can look into signing up for.

You grab a few dozen vials of ebola and start injecting it in Africans and Chinese. Less people in Africa and less ignorant chinks wanting ivory and elephant penis for "medicine", and you'll get more elephants.
