Also, they are, in fact, physically killing LGBT people.

The fact that this particular act of violence was perpetrated by a non-Christian does not erase the long history of "good" Christians beating and murdering LGBT folks.

This is 100 percent true. So many try to keep their hands 'clean' by just passing laws, but I'm the sure good 'ole boys who killed Matthew Shepherd went to church every Sunday.

Funny how, when you dig down to the bottom of some of the ugliest prejudices and behaviors, there's some 'sky god' saying it's all good.
