If the adult half of the pairing has assumed a parental role to the child half, then... kinda. I mean, assuming diaper/binkie child has the mind of a child and sees pervy grownup as their primary caretaker. If they both have the minds of adults, then it's still about as appealing to me as congealed grease, but not so much with the creepy uncle vibe.
