(Got caught up in a fanfic, sorry for the late reply.)

Nothing to really elaborate on; I use the term "paranoia" deliberately. I've had intrusive thoughts, usually after stumbling upon a mention of sexual abuse in my internet browsing, that basically go "oh god what if?", but nothing's ever actually happened to make me worry.
