Depends on what you're using. Paypal automatically converts, and there is no fee.

Money orders... may have fees depending on your banking institution. But rarely do sites ask for money orders these days. That was a thing that mostly died in the 90's.

If you are paying with a major credit card, there may be processing fees but that's something to look up in the TOS of whichever card you have.
