By talking to them, anon. The same as you (hopefully) would do with any prospective sexual partner.

At some point every sexual encounter involves a degree of trust: trust that the other person isn't lying to you about their HIV/age/relationship status, or trust that the other person hasn't set up some kind of weird webcam and they aren't broadcasting their escapades on the internet... that kind of thing.

At some point you also need to trust that an autistic person is telling you the truth if you ask them what they expect to come of the interaction, and that they know what they're getting themselves into. If you are asking the right questions (and I hope that every time you have sex you are asking the right questions) and getting answers that don't sound forced, unsure, or untrue then that's pretty much the best you can hope for in any situation.
