I started watching it, but I finally gave up when they played date rape for laughs. (IDK if the guy's wife actually had sex with him after giving him the drug to make him pass out, but she was in bed with him after giving him the drug just so Jane could walk in and find them. And it was treated so lightly and like the guy's fault, and I just couldn't deal with it any more. Maybe they dealt with it later after I'd given up on the show.)

It wasn't treated like his fault. He was very clearly being used as a pawn.
