Autistic people aren't too stupid to have sex, thanks. Heck, even severely mentally handicapped people have sex sometimes.

Nobody is saying too stupid, we're saying not competent. That is a very different thing. If you've ever claimed that something wasn't your fault because you have autism, or that you were not understood because you have autism, or that people were not able to understand you because you have aspergers and are totally different from those neurotypical normals who are not one of the special people, then your autism is sufficiently impacting your life, judgement, and understanding of basic human interaction, to make it impossible for you to be fully competent to enter into a sexual relationship.

lmaaoooo this trolling... "If something impacts you sometimes in some aspects of your life it must equally effect you always in all aspects of your life". Like. Lets go into a non autism example real quick: Lets say I have extreme anxiety. My anxiety sufficiently impacts my life, judgement, and understanding of basic human interaction. Am I never allowed to enter in a sexual relationship ever because for all my partner knows I am having anxiety that is impacting my judgement? Am I not competent to consent to sex because my anxiety forces me to communicate in a different way? Gosh, I guess its time to start being celibate :/

Not to mention most of the cases people bring up of NTs not understanding them because of autism is because of people not putting an effort into understanding them, not because it is impossible for them to communicate to a neurotypical person.
