RubyRyder, the woman known on Reddit for basically revolutionizing the "Pegging Scene" from a woman's perspective, says she estimates that it's around an 80%/20% split of men to women who actively enjoy pegging and go for it. Personally, from being in the kink community myself, and being around fellow queers for whom "alternative sex" isn't a huge deal and finding it pretty damn rare even there, I think her estimate is kind of optimistic.
It's a very small minority of women who are actively into it and seek it out. Of course there's a small subset of women who are TOTALLY into it, but that's an extremely small amount compared to the women I see who are very decidedly "eh" or "ew" about it.
