Maybe she's responsible but I haven't made any decision on it yet. I'm not sure how I feel about it to be honest. I think her responsibility probably lies somewhere in-between guilty and not guilty. She's a victim of abuse most likely, regardless of what anyone thinks its a factor that must be considered. We don't know how he was acting the weeks leading up to the shooting and her life and maybe her child was probably in a lot of danger. There just aren't enough facts yet for me to crucify her with certainty and honestly no reason for me to at this time.

That being said, regardless of the situation, it seems likely that she probably will be deemed responsible in some way or another. So no I don't really see your opinion as bad. I'm just not there yet.
