I want to know, should Sex positivity focus on 'protecting' male sexuality from being considered dangerous or damaging?

No.

I don't mind if someone want's to do it, but it should not focus on it.

Finding modes and practices of sexuality - including male sexuality as a part of sexuality, and specifically - that aren't dangerous or damaging is a central component of sex positivity. I don't know that it should be a focus of sex positivity as a whole.

I think sex positivity should include - not focus on - changing male sexuality into something not dangerous or damaging... So Kinda?

Male sexuality itself is not dangerous or damaging. It's other elements within that are and a lot of that is cultural and, more importantly, a choice. Rape is a choice, not a natural inclination of men. If it were, there wouldn't be laws against it, nor would there be men like the two heroes who stopped Rape Boy.
