Yeah, this. If someone chooses to go see the movie, they have some idea what they're in for. Even if you're watching TV and a trailer for it comes on, there'll be some dramatic music, some buildup, a voiceover. For viewers who can't deal with superhero beatdowns no matter what the context, you have time to look away or put it on mute.

With billboards there's nothing but the one image, wham, right there in your face. And advice like "don't like, don't look!" isn't helpful here, because it's not like you can turn around or shut your eyes while driving.
