She is 26 and he is 35. That is a pretty normal age difference.

As someone admittedly older than Hiddleston, I don't think he does, really? He's just losing hair in the front.

He's losing hair but he's also wearing it in a style that emphasizes the fact. (He's also starting to get very deep facial lines, which not everyone has in their mid-30s but just about everyone has by their mid-40s or early 50s).
