Isn't that chicken pox? You can get that in your mouth??

It's actually shingles after the initial chicken pox infection passes, though the same virus is responsible.

Herpes zoster will remain in a dormant state in a specific segment the spinal column. It can often reappear, but the subsequent outbreak is limited to a single region of skin (dermatome) that corresponds with the spinal segment the virus has colonized, so to speak.

Again, this is something that should be confirmed with a physician and treated with the appropriate antiviral medication, as the treatment makes subsequent outbreaks less likely to occur, and outbreaks will often increase in frequency and severity if they are allowed to persist.
