No, I just put it down at that point because I was pissed off, I haven't gotten to the end yet. I'm sure they'll probably eventually get past the angst and there will be a happily ever after because I can't imagine the friend who recommended it to me would love it so much if there wasn't, but still. Right now it is messing with my emotions and I don't like it, lol.
