Day 1 is mostly brown sludge for me as well. Some cramps. Day 2 and 3 are painful and bloody as hell, and I wish I could just stay in bed. Day 4 is still quite bloody, but not so bad. Rarely painful. Day 5 I barely notice it, but there still a little bit. On day 6 there's barely anything, and on day 7 it's just teeny bit of sludge again.
