Day 1 spotting. Day 2 nothing. Day 3 brown sludge then fresh blood mixed with it. Day 4 pain starts to build and flow increases. Day 5 and 6 intense pain and insanely heavy flows. Day 7 abrupt holt in the proceedings - nothing. Day 8 pain and medium flow. Day 9 barely anything. Day 10 clear.

Fourteen days later it starts again.
